So uhh IDk bout you guys but thank God the housing market is down,guess who bought a house with 4 1/2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom, and finshed basement for $155K? THIS GUY!!!!!! House is only 8 years old chillin out in the woods with an open sky, it is regod damn diculous and the cool thing is .. themortgage is the same as what i am patying for rent right now ! I have plans for a home bar and rec room complete with kicking/punching bag, an etc. DAMN only 22 and i have my own place already, MAn I am so fucking greatful for everything, i have a beautiful(stacked ) Fiance' who is completeing her RN degree we are getting hitched in the Florida Keys and throwing a Kegger for the reception! I t was a long haul, and only 4 years ago i was a POS Martial arts instructor, Now i am POS tech support guy for AT&T... now comes the hard part the move which is about a minute and a half nown the road along with signing crazy amounts of paper work , which is also in 12 hours and counting.
